Chapter 4

We kept talking and chatting until i  got a SEVERE headache. The pain was killing me, I was kind of dying but still alive.
Joe was still talking, he didn't realize anything.."My apartment bi beirut is right next to the..."

5alas,,, I couldn't handle it anymore!! My tears ran down my cheeks , I started crying. I couldn't stop it, we're on a plane!! 
no pharmacy.
no doctor.
no nurse.
no first aid.
 I lost hope---

Everything was becoming blurry, I was passing out. " Help me .. Help me" I tried to say it loudly but it just sounded like a whisper.

Joe:" shu?...
he turned his face to me , he was checking out the duty free nagazine.
"Serene... what's happening, your face is pale!! what's going on. do you want me to call someone for help.?!!!!???"
 "I'm fine, Bde nem shway"
I tried to fake a smile and make up something just to let him relax, I didn't want him or my mom to worry. 
I was so thankful that mama sat in the front rows while we were in the back.

"Serene, ser, se, een"...
his voice was for sure getting louder but to me it kept going down..and down and down.

"an eye for an eye ......."
"Your crystal eyes...."
"Je m'appelle Joe.."

I was getting flashbacks, I got lost between reality and the dream i'm dreaming.

Joe: " Wake up, please wake up.. serene."

I was getting conscious, I heard his voice but I wasn't aware of anything around me.
I heard what he said, but in case he had more, I ought i kept my eyes shut for another 5 minutes.

A scene I imagined while I was unconscious 
"I didn't know what on earth he was talking about or what I was imagining.. "I dont want to go through it again, Its hard,"
regardless of that, the last part made lots of sense<3 "I love you serene."

I wasn't completely conscious/ awake, but  I felt that someone was holding on to my hand. Right away a water drop landed on my hand, I was wondering..

He was crying."

I slept and woke up, it was horrible.
"Mama tell Joe to stay.. I need him"
I said in a low voice.
there wasn't much noise so he heard me..but the words weren't that clear.

Joe: "Serene!! l7mdella you're back!! "

DAYDREAM---
"I opened my eyes and found my face against his chest. He hugged me, and I felt another tear drop fall onto my hand. I didn't say a word. I was out of breath still in the 6es6eel mode.
However, I didn't want to let go of him. His hug is so warm, and his perfume gosh i couldn't get over it. It was the most irresistible odor I've ever smelled. "
5alas, i thought it was enough".
DAYDREAM OVER---

I rose my head and sighed, " What happened??"

Joe: " YOU FREAKED ME OUT THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED OKAY??, YOU'D BETTER NOT DO THAT AGAIN!! JUST DON'T I CAN'T HANDLE SEEING SOMEONE IN PAIN AND NOT DO A THING."


His tone, he was yelling in my face. He freaked me out more than i actually did, I was shocked and from the fear, the tears raced down again..WHAT DID I DO? is it me or him..

Chapter 3

Guy: "haha its ok, I benefited anyways, It was a chance to admire your beautiful eyes"

We sat down...

--WOKE UP--
the flight attendants were moving through the rows to pass the meals and snacks out. We were and hour past the flight, so an hour and a half were left.
I was starving!! my stomach was rumbling but I seriously didn't crave anything at the moment but coffee and a chocolate bar.
Food lady: "what would you like Mr??.."

Guy: " I'll be next, ladies first" -he smiled- 
serene: " Haha, its alright go ahead."
guy: " I'll order what you'll order."
serene: " you don't have to, I don't want any food a9lan, I'll take a drink"
guy: "  Me too, so coffee or tea?

the lady's face expressions weren't impressive.. she was sick of waiting. But it was so cute how we were arguing. 

lady: " faster please...:

serene: " I want one cappuccino and kitkat."
Guy: " same for me please."

*  I smiled to the lady, She smiled back, how sweet *
I was trying to hold in my laugh, the guy was super cute ok ? but i couldn't
Me: hahahahahaha!! I giggled
guy: What's so funny?
I he blushed*awwww*
serene:" you are!!.. haha never mind"
 He was stirring his coffee after pouring in the sugar and smiling at the same time, his dimples where getting deeper and cuter..Ahhhh His smile, I couldn't get it overwith.

Guy: " I can't believe we still didn't introduce our selves."
serene:" haha yeahhh, I'm serene and you are..??
Guy: Je m'appelle Joe

 Joe!! no way.. I loved this name <3

serene:" Ohh I love your name.."
Joe:"really??..you do?"
serene": yeaa its one of my favorite "guy names"
Joe:" well that'll make it easier for you to talk to me won't it??":D
serene: absolutley will !! haha. Am pure lebanese, living in kuwait.
what about you, Men wein?
Joe:" Am pure lebanese too  but my grandma is french. I Recently moved to kuwait to complete my last year of all school years!! can't wait.
Serene: Ohh so you're a senior, just like me yayy.. I'm 16 and I'll turn 17 on august 26.

i regretted the "yaaay" part -- it came out of my mouth right away.

Joe: "yeaa exactly!!, I turned 17 on June 19. Your birthday is near ehh??
June 19 was 10 days ago.. the date now is June 29. 
serene:" Haaha yeaa I guess so."
Joe: will you be in leb??
serene:" probably yes, we still didn't book l raj3a."
Joe: How about give me your pin?? You have bbm right?
serene: yea, as soon as I switch my sim card to the lebanese one it'll be activated
Joe: same here.. What's your pin?
serene: I'll enter it for you.

I entered my Pin and invited myself. I went back to BBM and read his Name;
"Joe X."  his last name was familiar. He's so friendly!! 

  We kept talking and chatting until I got a..








 

 

Chapter 2

 I sat down anyways, opened my notebook to the first page and my jaw drops when I find a note.. Not a pretty, creative note it was very obvious that it was scribbled down in less than a minute.

"An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind" and your crystal eyes already did make me go not only blind, but crazy

I was on fire, my cheeks weren't only red they appeared just like a sweet fresh tomato as usual. The heart beats faster, and faster, and faster!! My eyes stared at the lovely note for 5 minutes, constant. I couldn't shut my mouth, until a child slaps me.

serene: "OUCHHH,,"

kid:"are you awake?" a childish tone approaches me,, 

serene:"What ,, whaa'at?? can't you just leave me alo-"

kid: "But you looked like a sculpture hihihihihi" the kid giggled, and went away.

After calming down, 1st from the note, 2nd from the piss off not KID,, PISS OFF Ugghhh i hate kids in all kinds.

they're not ordinarily annoying, their annoynment is SUPER annoying. :) what a sentence fragment but its a proof on my hatred towards those little creepy things.

--I TAKE A NAP--

After all, I found a rose on my lap, a red beautiful rose, My favorite. It was wrapped with a wonderful brown fabric and a golden ribbon. Even though The rose was a fake one it had the best, refreshing smell, ever!!,, lets keep the fact that we're still on a plane

while sniffing in the amazing essence, something slipped...

A card, This appeared to be a 2nd note. But this time, the handwriting was in cursive and it was well-written.

"I think I fell..<3" -will I be repulsed?

all i thought was:

"Me!! reject you???!!, No"

I took my pen and wrote it down on the same card, from the bottom of my heart with all fear and nervousness;

"I think I fell too.."

--i love him, just love him.. His eyes...

Kid: "are you done??" a squeaky voice blows up my ears again.

serene: " oh my lord!!!!!!!!!!!!Ughhh are you a messenger or what?!!!"

kid: "unfortunately yes :D"

serene: " well then yea am done kid, here you go" 

I was waiting for him to come back, I didn't know what to say nor do.

It was the hardest decision I've ever made but I think am now in a suitable age, We have to at least taste the feeling of love, at least once in our teenage years.

All I ever had was a crush on a 2nd cousin or a friend or celebrity mostly. 

But now it was true, My emotions aren't as calm as usual. The devil played his part now its my turn to let the angels decide whether i should go for it or not.

I smelled a scent, a really attractive one the Polo #3. Hottest perfume a guy would wear, I turned around to find him. Yes him. 

I got up right away like a retard to let him pass i was very nervous!! Getting up as fast i can I trip from my bag which was on the floor.

I trip,, and I can't believe that i thanked god at the moment that I did.

I ended up between two arms, 

Guy: " be careful!!!!are you ok???????!!!..

No answer...

... "

"I couldn't move, I just looked at him his voice was deep. He had almond eyes and thick eyelashes,   I was lost in his eyes. Couldn't get out of this maze." 

I realized i didn't move!!,,, 

serene:" Oh am sorry!! My ankle is hurting me that's why i didn't move."

Chapter 1

Heyy guys,, Here's my first post i hope you like it . Please please please send me your feedbacks and suggestions would be great!!

Main character:

Serene

17 years old, Green eyes, blonde hair, white skin, 172 cm, perfect body, amazing personality , eldest between 5.

Flight attendant: "May I have your boarding ticket maam?"

serene: sure :) Here it is (gave her the ticket following my mom)

Attendant: Ms. serene's seat is 6A and Mrs.tamara's seat is in 2C.

Serene: "Mama its so uncomfortable,, oufff ma be2dar et7amal"

Mom: "Its out of my hands the seats weren't available ela heik."

Serene: " how do you expect me to sit next to a guy for 2 hours i mean seriously!??"

Mom: " serene stop nagging ,,see you."

Plane captain: "Welcome aboard on the MEA (middle east airlines), our take off to Beirut will be in 10 minutes. Please fasten your seat belts until the seat belts sign turns off. We wish you all a safe and enjoyable flight with The middle east airlines." 

I fastened my seat belt and switched off my Ipod and mobile, dropped them right into my yellow eastpak bag and took out a piece of mint gum. The pressure is unbelievable mostly when taking off or landing. I hated each 10 minutes or so of both processes; Taking off and landing so the best thing I did was chew gum like a cow. It really helped though,,but not this time. 

VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM....... EEEEGHH....EEEGHH... the wheels of the plane where quite loud.

The guy sitting right next to me was staring at me right from the second i sat down, Nothing awkwarder happened to me before! 

We're in the air now, finally!!  I took out my pink beats , put them on and shuffled through my music. In such times where a headache wouldn't leave you alone, all you needed was a classical melody. I played Ludwig Van Beethoven's famous "Ode to joy" then took out my daily journal to begin recording each detail of this summer. 

What a great start for summer.. I'm on my way to my home country for a month. My excitement is indescribable. Ummm... 

I didn't know what to write. The music was obviously disturbing my thoughts so i turned it off..

while thinking for a moment I needed to go to the bathroom. Drinking a cup of starbucks and 2 bottles of water is the main reason.... I lose my appetite in the mornings so all i had was liquids since 10AM.

I left my journal and pen on the opened tray and rushed to the washing room to do my hair and finish my business.

When i got up to go to the bathroom I glanced right at the guys face and he looked at me right in the eye. I blushed and turned around right away. His eyes are blue, and his hair is kind of brownish blonde. The guy I was sitting next to was the hottest creation god has made!! 

I looked at myself in the mirror, my face wasn't bad compared to my face on a school day morning. My eyeliner was very pretty but needed to be outlined a bit , I used Max Factors eyeliner to fix it and lancome's tanning powder, then added my daily Dior cherry lip gloss.

 I completely didn't want to go back and sit there. When he looks at me my heart starts pounding, and I go scarlet. 

I think what happened is just called ; love at first sight.

I'm not the kind of girl who talks to guys normally, its a bit awkward for me depending on who the guy is.

I went back and while walking through the aisle, I looked at my row to look at him without him being aware. He wasn't in his seat!!!! I wondered where he went, oh gosh its wayyyy more embarrassing now!! He needed to move but i wasn't allowing him to. Crapp!!
